I had sent out requests for multiple companies and Next was the best option with their replies via email, and outstanding phone support. I set up information on line and was then called multiple times to review the process, pricing and expectations that I had for them. We had just installed new carpet and requested the team of 3 workers were booties on the 2nd floor for delivery. I was informed prior of the arrival time of the crew - which was also verified the day v=before and the day of the move. The team wrapped all of my furniture - taking great care to ensure there was no damage and no stains (cloth wrap on move hard wood furniture and plastic wrap on all other items - with cardboard buffers on edges). The team then took great care in unloading and moved items a couple times to support my wife finding the best spot for the furniture. We also got a discount for paying in cash with allowed me to take my wife out for dinner afterwards. Will use this company again and highly recommend then to all for current and future moves.

My quote for Next Moving was lower than other places I looked at and I was worried I might not receive good quality -- wrong! I was so appreciative of their excellent communication before moving day. I would have booked a man short by my own estimations but they convinced me to add one more and I would have regretted it if I hadn't. The team arrived on time, were efficient, and worked quickly but also with care. Everything was well wrapped, carefully handled and asked about if there was any question, and on the other end everything was moved in with great care for the new place. I had so much of my day left over to unpack rather than spend a grueling day doing it myself with a uhaul and friends. Great value and would use again!

They were on time, and very professional. The foreman "Sergei" was a pro wrapping my TV with packing blanket then wrapped it with shrink wrap, and the love seat, file cabinet as well. I had mostly boxed things for them to carry out. His partners were Ruslan & Akzhol were hard workers as well. Very pleased. The only issue was the size of the truck! All I needed was a 20 foot truck because I didn't have that much. They came with a huge 26 foot truck...too big. Imfigure maybe after my short move they had another big job...but that wasn't the case. Sergei said that was the order called for. My next move with "Next Moving is on NOv. 27th (saturday), so hopefully I get a "20 footer" moving truck...Lol Thanks, Vince Ybarra

My husband and I recently moved from a 1 bed/1bath apartment on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex into a one story home about 13 miles away. We had a team of 3 guys who were all professional, friendly and careful. Since the beginning of this process, there was transparency. They let us know how many stairs were included in the cost as we were on the 3rd floor. There would be an additional charge if it exceeded that; luckily we didn’t. We were aware of the distance charge for moving more than 10 miles. There were no surprises once the final bill came, other than it took longer than expected. But that’s what happens in a move sometimes. On the day off, they called and informed us that they would be about 30 min later than anticipated. Once they arrived, they surveyed the furniture, came up with a game plan, and then we signed our contract. They provided us with wardrobe boxes so that our closet could be moved with ease, and it really was. The disassembled our bed with no issue. They really pay attention to details and make sure the furniture is packaged safely. I can say that nothing was damaged and they made sure to put the large furniture in the right place at the new place. As much as I hope we will never move again, if we do, we would definitely use Next again. Have nothing but very positive things to say about our experience. Thanks for making what is a stressful process just a little bit easier.

I would very highly recommend Next Moving Company for their great work, professionalism and customer service. My experience with them was super positive. The office staff was responsive and helpful in providing an estimate and setting up a move date, and communication with them was always prompt. The movers were fantastic! They texted in the morning with their arrival time and arrived on time. They worked very efficiently and with much care and attention, which put me at ease. I had a particularly large, heavy item that required much effort, but they handled it with lots of skill. Before ending the job, they made sure that their work was satisfactory and everything was correctly in place. They definitely surpassed my expectations for good service and for a good moving experience!
