My only complaint would be, that I had requested 3 movers and was never informed that one called out sick, so then I would only have 2 movers. As a result, the move took a lot longer than expected. The company said that they tried to call me, but I didn't receive any phone call nor email (since, according to them, the call wasn't going through). I would've appreciated the heads up. I wasn't expecting such a long move. Also, it'd be helpful if movers were given some smaller bills before a move... especially in my scenario, since I only took out bigger bills expecting to pay for 3 movers. As a result, I ended up tipping an OUTRAGEOUS amount...
