Many firms may delegate the lifting, transportation, and packing of the whole office to the employees and management. You may save money on local and long-distance business moving company, but the possible effects aren’t worth it. Your personnel may be excellent at what they do, but a lack of experience relocating might result in accidents and property damage. Even though our team of professional commercial movers near me will help you with every step of your business relocation, there are things that you have to do yourself to make the process as smooth as possible. Let’s take a look at them!
Employees should be notified as early as possible.
Relocating your workplace, like relocating your home, may be a difficult emotional adjustment. If it’s possible, notify employees of the change so that they may make the required plans. You’d better do it even before you start searching for commercial movers near me.
Now is an excellent time to consider replacing some of your furniture and office equipment, but go with caution. Choose which objects should be kept and which should be discarded. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind and push the clutter to the side at work, but when it’s time to move, you’ll want to get rid of any unnecessary items. Not only will this save you time during the relocation, but it will also save you money and your efficiency while using commercial moving services.
Make a schedule for what has to be done and how you intend to do it. You may have to organize your workplace relocation during the evening, or over the weekend, depending on the buildings you’re moving into and out of. Determine when the commercial moving will take place, if you will be able to use corporate elevators during particular hours and other security precautions to ensure there are no delays in your planning process.
Make sure your IT supplies are unloaded first when it’s time to unload your cargo. This will provide your IT personnel with the time they need to get to work connecting phones and computers and setting up your new office’s network. Don’t forget to make a backup before you pack away your computers to be taken by commercial equipment movers.
To avoid having crucial documents and secret files leaked to the public, keep them safe.
Inform all present customers, clients, and leads about the impending relocation.

Hired three people from NEXT for a partial two bedroom job, from West LA to Long Beach, and they finished in four hours start to finish. Arrived on time, scoped the place first and asked relevant questions, and immediately went to work. All young guys, no beer bellies or slow workers, all friendly and professional. Very methodical and knew exactly what they were doing. Disassembled bed frames and expertly reassembled at destination. Helped dispose of unneeded small furniture by carrying them to garbage area. Helped relocate furniture being left behind. Destination was a condo with a not very big elevator - accessible from an interior garage, but they made systematic trips from the truck and got everything upstairs. These guys are very good at what they do and it was a more pleasant move than I expected.
Highly recommended, and one of the lowest rates in Los Angeles. Will use them again if I ever have another moving job and will refer to friends who are planning a move. Thanks guys!

Even though the move hasn't happened yet I felt compelled to leave these guys a five-star review based on how accommodating they have been with all the hiccups that have pushed my move date back.
Ian has been in constant contact with me since that first email with the quotes, shortly after that email (and I want to emphasize the word "shortly" because it was about 15 minutes after that email) we scheduled a FaceTime session to start planning the strategy for the move (pre-planning = saving money $$$).
Unfortunately, curfews and street cleaning have pushed the original date from June 1st to June 5th, and one final date change to July 1st. Ian and his team have been understanding and supportive, despite the fact that we have had to reschedule three times already! All they have shown is a willingness to work with us and give us something less to worry about during a very stressful time.
I will update the review when the move happens but I honestly don't see how Next Moving's rate will decrease, if anything, I would imagine I will add more good things to say, as they have been the utmost professionals since the moment we first contacted them.
