They were on time, and very professional. The foreman "Sergei" was a pro wrapping my TV with packing blanket then wrapped it with shrink wrap, and the love seat, file cabinet as well. I had mostly boxed things for them to carry out. His partners were Ruslan & Akzhol were hard workers as well. Very pleased. The only issue was the size of the truck! All I needed was a 20 foot truck because I didn't have that much. They came with a huge 26 foot truck...too big. Imfigure maybe after my short move they had another big job...but that wasn't the case. Sergei said that was the order called for. My next move with "Next Moving is on NOv. 27th (saturday), so hopefully I get a "20 footer" moving truck...Lol Thanks, Vince Ybarra

My husband and I recently moved from a 1 bed/1bath apartment on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex into a one story home about 13 miles away. We had a team of 3 guys who were all professional, friendly and careful.
Since the beginning of this process, there was transparency. They let us know how many stairs were included in the cost as we were on the 3rd floor. There would be an additional charge if it exceeded that; luckily we didn’t. We were aware of the distance charge for moving more than 10 miles. There were no surprises once the final bill came, other than it took longer than expected. But that’s what happens in a move sometimes.
On the day off, they called and informed us that they would be about 30 min later than anticipated. Once they arrived, they surveyed the furniture, came up with a game plan, and then we signed our contract. They provided us with wardrobe boxes so that our closet could be moved with ease, and it really was. The disassembled our bed with no issue. They really pay attention to details and make sure the furniture is packaged safely. I can say that nothing was damaged and they made sure to put the large furniture in the right place at the new place.
As much as I hope we will never move again, if we do, we would definitely use Next again. Have nothing but very positive things to say about our experience. Thanks for making what is a stressful process just a little bit easier.

I would very highly recommend Next Moving Company for their great work, professionalism and customer service. My experience with them was super positive. The office staff was responsive and helpful in providing an estimate and setting up a move date, and communication with them was always prompt. The movers were fantastic! They texted in the morning with their arrival time and arrived on time. They worked very efficiently and with much care and attention, which put me at ease. I had a particularly large, heavy item that required much effort, but they handled it with lots of skill. Before ending the job, they made sure that their work was satisfactory and everything was correctly in place. They definitely surpassed my expectations for good service and for a good moving experience!

I have had several moving companies for personal and business moves the last 5 years. Â I had good and bad experiences with a couple that were on Yelp's top 10 in my area list. I saw great reviews for Next Moving Company so I thought I'd give them a try. Â They helped my family with a move last week and they were terrific. Â The reservation process was smooth including a facetime walkthrough to make sure we didn't miss anything. Â The movers were there exactly on time, heard all my requests, handled everything with care, worked quickly and efficiently, had an amazing attitude/personality, and most importantly got the job done with no problems and on budget. Can't say enough about our experience. Will definitely use them again.

I've used a lot of moving companies but Next is the best. There are a few things that set Next Moving Company apart from the rest.
Moving can be stressful and is only one part of relocating. Ian in particular has the customer service skills to professionally deal with any customer and situation and works extremely hard behind the scenes to orchestrate your situation to execute the best possible outcome given all the typical unknown variables on the business side.
Another thing that sets them apart is the movers themselves that I met seemed to have integrity and I got no bad vibes from them at all. They were all friendly and hard-working. I have had other movers steal things but Next's movers were good people. Also, Tetris wizards to pack every possible cubic foot of the truck.
If you have an inter-state move, Next's drivers personally take your household goods to your new place; no transfer to a warehouse and subcontracting the subsequent movement of your goods the rest of the way.
They keep you well-informed every step of the way and communication is great. They are also very reasonable and flexible with details that may come up. I appreciate their patience in working with my own situation. They were more flexible and understanding than I can imagine any moving company being. Thank you for a flawless move. I highly recommend. I hope you find this review and save yourselves from other potential bad experiences with other companies.

Ian answered all my questions about my move into our first ever home. (Make sure you give them the size of the storage unit, so they don't bring their biggest truck, which I didn't do). When Ian sent his team: Dan (supervisor), Segue (driver), Ernesto (mover/expert at location and directions), they were on time and  I felt we had a great team.  Sergue drove expertly up through the steep hills. Once there, the three worked very quickly and efficiently saving me time and money. It was a very hot day, and as much as I wanted them to take time and have a sip of water, they were in constant movement. It was a small move and I appreciated that they did not drag it out. They were very careful with our things.

Great communication. They were very responsive, called a week in advance to confirm, called day before to confirm, called morning of to let us know arrival time. Movers were polite, quick, and moved us from LA to SF from Saturday to next day Sunday. Would use again! Very fair rates.
